It is not healthy to pretend that everything is fine. It is not honest to lie to your self. Trying to be βpositiveβ all the time is tiring.
It is okay to feel down. It is alright to feel fine. Remain honest in how you feel inside and encourage your self and remind your self to be open about how you are presently. Freely express your self.
You must acknowledge that we need the ups and downs, the high and dives. We can not know what happiness is without having experienced times of sadness. Tears of joy and sadness all return to the same ocean. It does not rain all the time.
So holding things in, not saying something when we felt that we should of or not expressing our selves when all we wanted to do was shout, scream or cry will fill the cup of self-regret and self-neglect to the brim. When we let this cup overflow of pent up emotions and frustration we can become volatile, depressed or wanting out. This is not fair. This is not self-honesty.
By sharing, freely expressing how we feel and following our compass of self-honesty we become to embody compassion, integrity and love for our self and towards those we interact and share our lives with. We are no longer drowning in the despair of the over-flowing cup of self-regret or self-neglect. Empty the cup.
These are words of expression coming from a sentient being that has gone from the extremes of suicide to fighting to be born again. I come to you from the present moment, the eternal now where everything great all small, happy or woeful is shared with honesty and integrity.
With love straight from Source,
